Top luxury purchase channels in Europe 2023
In 2023, most European luxury shoppers preferred physical stores (branded stores, department stores, duty-free, etc.) and computers for their luxury purchases. In comparison, around 38 percent of consumers opted to buy luxury goods via mobile devices, and only 11 percent of those surveyed said they preferred to purchase via tablets.
